We earn our money by referring you to an experienced, top Broker/Associate or Accredited Buyer's Representative (an ABR) in the city to which you are moving to and also to an agent that will list your home if you have one to sell.  These agents must be acceptable to you or we'll find you someone you are comfortable with. It is in our best interest that you are completely satisfied with your representation or it follows that you will find someone else to represent you.

This Buyer's Agent will pay us a referral fee when he sells you a house and it won't cost you a cent since the seller is already committed, contractually, to pay a fixed commission. This referral  fee is usually 20% to 25% of the Buyer's Agents commission.

This process assures you the best of both worlds.  You receive significant, professional services on the selling end and you will work with an Accredited Buyer's Representative (at no cost to you) when you purchase your new home. You win, we win.
